Refund Policy

The customers who have purchased the designs package of pro can claim for a refund if they aren’t satisfied with the selected package or quality of service. We advise all of our users to go through this refund policy before purchasing any of our packages.


A user can return a package and ask for refund in the following conditions:

Delay in Delivery:

If you haven’t received your order within the given deadline, you may ask for a refund. The deadline is the date mutually decided between you and The specified delivery time will commence from the day we have received and acknowledged your order.

Dissatisfaction with Quality:

You may ask for a refund if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of delivered work. Our support team will review this request to analyze whether the quality standard and criteria was fulfilled. The request will only be processed if it is valid.

Specifications Aren’t Met:

If you have received work that doesn’t meet your provided specifications, then you are eligible to ask for a refund. We will cross-check your given specifications and the work delivered by us. In case the differences are found, your request will qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

Our customer service representative will contact you at your given email address at earliest after receiving your refund request.

The package you are asking for a refund will be fully assessed and the problem you have encountered with it will be reviewed. Once we are done with this process, you will be notified whether your request qualifies for the refund. The refund payment will be transferred to you within 5-7 working days.

Repayment Conditions

The payment for the refunded package will be processed and transferred to the same channel through which it was received. The bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Manual Cancellation

The customers who have changed their decision to buy our packages or have made an order by mistake can follow the way given below for cancellation:
